9th Annual Black & White Spider Awards Winner!

 

This was the first time I've entered an International Photography Competition and I'm so honored to be among such talented photographers from around the world. My image "Raven Nevermore" received an Honorable Mention in the Wildlife category and my image "King" was nominated for the Wildlife Category. I want to thank the judges for spending so much time and effort critiquing my work and many others in this prestigious competition. Honored to receive my Craftsman Photographic Award 2013

I had such a great time in Vancouver and was so honored to receive my Craftsman Photographic Award there at the Professional Photographers of Canada Awards night!! It was great to hang out with everyone, see some awesome speakers and enjoy the beautiful city of Vancouver!

Best in Class Award for the Professional Photographers of Canada 2011

Hello!
Well I'm super excited to share the news that I won the "Best in Class Award for the Animal/Wildlife Category" for the PPOC (Professional Photographer's of Canada)!! I was so shocked and excited! This was the image of my cat, Shark Bait, that I had taken just before Halloween where I dressed her up in muslin strips so she looked like a mummy:)
It was great fun! Shark Bait did not agree. So I titled this image "I seriously HATE you!".
I feel so honored to have won the award and I'm excited to share with you the winning image:)
